About the Program

Where Brotherhood Meets Career

The TKE Mentor-Mentee program is one of the Foundation's flagship initiatives — designed to forge meaningful, one-on-one connections between Zeta Phi alumni and the active members who are just beginning their professional journeys.

Each pairing is intentional. Mentors bring their field expertise, their networks, and the lessons that only come from years in the working world. Mentees bring energy, curiosity, and a genuine desire to learn from someone who has already walked a similar path. Both leave the relationship better for it.

Participation is straightforward: fill out the form below indicating your interest as a mentor or mentee. The Foundation will facilitate the introduction and provide a suggested framework for your first meeting. Where the relationship goes from there is up to you.

There is no long-term obligation — just two brothers committed to a conversation that could change the trajectory of one of their lives.
